The location of the inn was perfect, and the bed was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the convenience of having a spa pool, even though we didn't use it. The cleaning staff was quick and efficient.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and offered great assistance throughout our stay. They helped us book activities and even found some deals to save us money. The daily cleaning service was superb, ensuring that our room was always neat and tidy. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the local attractions, and it was easy to get around and see everything the area had to offer. Our kids especially loved the jet pool in the room, it was a big hit!

Spacious, comfy one-bed apartment. Well-appointed spa bathroom. Helpful, friendly owner/managers. Large rooms and easy parking. Upgraded to an executive suite, with TV and spa bath in-room. Comfortable bed and good TV selection. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Amazing friendly accommodating hosts and a fabulous spa bath.

The spa bath and sky TV all at once .... great for me and my little one.I don`t have sky any more so was able to see a few movies once little one asleep. The hoteliers were very pleasant and helpful. Lovely and clean and moern looking inside.

The outside pool was not heated..they were in process of heating it but too late for our stay.......thus had to go into town..that was one of the reasons I booked the place in the first place... a treat for my 5 yr old who was desperate to swim outside in heated pool. Went to Blue baths instd. The spa in the bedroom made up for the lack of big pool in the end.

The location was perfect for our needs, being very central and close to the city center and shops. We also found great restaurants and shopping options nearby. the room was spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. the spa bath was a great added feature.

We experienced some issues with power tripping in our room, leading us to keep the door open all night.

I really enjoyed the in room spa.

The walls are paper thin....... We could hear the guests next door doing everything.

We got a taste of Maori culture with crazy dances, mouth-watering hangi, and jaw-dropping tribal arts and crafts. And let's not forget the heart-pounding adventures we had in the lakes and forests, with over 100kms of trails to explore. It was off the charts!

The only thing we wished for was a better party scene for young people like us. We wanted to keep the fun going all night long, but the hotel lacked a vibrant nightlife.

The Spa in room was amazing. Great way to relax.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. Very quiet facility and great service. Would definately go back.
